Websites for music businesses on the South Coast

Fast, built properly, and finished on time. Five pages, £1,200, live in three weeks.

THE PROBLEM

Most music businesses have a website that's costing them work.

Slow to load on a phone. A phone number you can't tap. A booking form that goes to an inbox nobody reads. Built in 2016 by someone who's stopped answering emails.

The average site I look at takes six to eight seconds to load on mobile. Over half the people who land on it are gone before they see it.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 01

We talk. Half an hour. What you do, who books you, what's not working.

  2. 02

You get a fixed price. Written down, itemised, no hourly surprises.

  3. 03

You send me your stuff. Words, photos, logo. Nothing starts until it's in.

  4. 04

I build it. Two weeks. You see it on a live link as it goes.

  5. 05

Two rounds of changes. Then it goes live.

  6. 06

I look after it. Or you take it and run. Your call.

Payment: Half up front, half on go-live. That's it.

WHO I AM

I'm Jacob. I'm a producer who builds websites.

I've spent years behind the counter of a music shop in Southampton, and years more in front of a mixing desk. I play saxophone and guitar. I built and run Madfunk, a music platform, on my own.

So when you tell me what a rehearsal room actually needs, or why the booking form matters more than the photo gallery, I already know. I'm not a web agency that's read a bit about music. I'm in it.

I take one project at a time. That means you get all of it, and it means I finish.
